A BILL to amend and reenact section thirteen, article nine, chapter
sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to authorizing the
real estate appraiser licensing and certification board to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to requirements of
licensure and certification.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section thirteen, article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-13. Real estate appraiser licensing and certification board.
(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
second twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand one two, under the
authority of section nine, article thirty-eight, chapter thirty of
this code, modified by the real estate appraiser licensing and
certification board to meet the objections of the legislative rule-
making review committee and refiled in the state register on the
fifteenth thirtieth day of August September, two thousand one two,
relating to the real estate appraiser licensing and certification
board (requirements for licensure and certification, 190 CSR 2), is
authorized with the following amendment:
On page twenty-nine, section 14.1, by striking out "2001" and
inserting in lieu thereof "2002".
(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
second day of July, two thousand one, under the authority of
section nine, article thirty-eight, chapter thirty of this code,
modified by the real estate appraiser licensing and certification
board to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review
committee and refiled in the state register on the fifteenth day of
August, two thousand one, relating to the real estate appraiser
licensing and certification board (renewal of licensure or
certification, 190 CSR 3), is authorized with the following
amendment:
On page six, section 8.1, by striking out "2001" and inserting
in lieu thereof "2002".
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Real Estate
Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to Renewal of Licensure and
Certification.
